Gentle Transitions Parent Program
An online parent program designed to help families feel more prepared and supported as their child approaches school. Gentle Transitions provides practical strategies, helpful information and downloadable resources to support emotional regulation, communication, sensory needs, separation and the everyday changes that come with starting school.
Transition Support & Consultations
Every child’s journey is different. Our personalised consultations provide families, educators and professionals with practical, strengths-based support when navigating transitions, developmental needs or everyday challenges.
Together, we can explore your child’s strengths and needs, identify practical strategies, consider available supports and develop clear next steps. Consultations may support areas such as school and kindergarten transitions, emotional regulation, communication and play, sensory needs, routines, neurodiversity and developmental differences.
School Readiness Funding Support
We work alongside kindergarten communities to provide practical, individualised support through School Readiness Funding. Our team can tailor support to the needs of your children, families and educators, with a focus on strengthening participation, inclusion, social and emotional development, communication and school readiness.
