Kindergarten services can pool School Readiness Funding to purchase shared supports. The AEL-SRF model is designed for intensive support across vulnerable children, families and participating services.
If several local kinders share similar needs, talk to us about collaborative coaching, family support, multidisciplinary input or a pooled approach.
